The United States supports resuming a trilateral format of negotiations aimed at ending the war in Ukraine. U.S. presidential envoy Jared Kushner made the statement in Kyiv.
According to Kushner, the parties discussed possible elements of a lasting peace, as well as what a potential agreement could bring to Ukraine, Russia, and the international community.
Kushner said the next productive step could be a return to talks involving all three sides. He noted that a similar format had already been used about six months ago.
