The Russian president said that decisions on ending the war should be made directly by Ukraine and Russia.
According to him, the United States, China and other countries can facilitate negotiations and help find a peaceful settlement.
“First and foremost, this issue should be resolved by the countries involved in the conflict — Russia and Ukraine. Is there a chance? Yes, in my view, there is,” the Kremlin leader said.
