President Volodymyr Zelensky met with General Keith Kellogg in Kyiv, where he arrived to attend the Veterans Forum.
The two discussed the intensification of Russian strikes on civilians and infrastructure. Zelensky stressed that protection against ballistic missiles remains one of the top priorities.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine is working with European partners to create an anti-ballistic missile system, but Patriot interceptors are critically needed to get through the winter. Ukraine is ready to purchase them.
